You can code for these colors in the Fields in the On Current Event of the Control or the After Update.
Here is a list of the Theme Colors in Access 2013. To determine the long int value of any of these just print the corresponding rgb() value using the VBA immediate window, e.g. Record selector (not selected) color = RGB(161,161,161) or #A1A1A1 in the property sheet. Record selector (selected) color =RGB(94,94,94) or #5E5E5E in the property sheet Record selector (not selected) color = RGB(233,237,241) or #E9EDF1 in the property sheet Record selector (selected) color =RGB(22,18,14) or #16120E in the property sheet Record selector (not selected) color = RGB(222,236,252) or #DEECFC in the property sheet Record selector (selected) color =RGB(33,19,3) or #211303 in the property sheet
My experimentation I've determined the following: Depending on the scheme you'd need to set this using VBA. or go to - File - Feedback - 'I don't like something.' This feed back can capture a screen shot of the problem. Go to - Menu - Help - Ribbon - Feedback (click on it) - on the right pane - click on 'I don't like something.'. So youĬould not, for example, set a textbox BackColor to 'Text Light' or some other named preset on the property sheet and expect the back color to match the record selector color across all schemes. Open up your Access database with the problem. After experimenting with the color schemes and a graphics editor it doesn't appear that the record selector color corresponds to any of the preset colors named as choices in the property sheet, at least not across all three color schemes.
